2016"中海杯"樂跑季健康公益活動
本次活動以促進員工及利益相關方健康運動為主軸,以“公益慈善”、“清風倡廉”、“員工聯誼”為三大主題,分『夢想跑』、『清風跑』、『幸福跑』三階段于線上、線下同步進行,將員工聯誼與公益慈善、清風廉政、團隊建設、業務宣傳相結合,吸引了員工、家屬、小區業主、合作伙伴、希望小學師生的積極參與,對內傳遞“快樂工作,健康生活”的理念,對外傳播中海正能量。

 

『夢想跑』階段,5297人在線上共同接力完成了126,226公里的樂跑愛心里程,為11所中國海外希望小學師生募集了50萬元的“中海樂跑愛心基金”。
『清風跑』階段,各級單位充分發揮員工的主動性和創造性,策劃組織了戶外拓展、團隊建設、競速比賽等多種形式的聯誼活動,以寓教于樂的方式,營造“清廉、健康、親切”的廉潔文化氛圍。
『幸福跑』階段,中海人在合肥國際馬拉松賽場上揮灑汗水,展示了奮勇爭先、團結協作的氣質風貌,弘揚了積極向上、努力拼搏的企業精神。

員工滿意度調研
為更好的提升公司管理水平,發揚民主精神,中國海外發展自2008年起依托公司內網平臺正式開展年度員工滿意度調查。該調查面向公司全體員工,員工參與率逐年提高,滿意度分值逐年提升。員工滿意度調查分為總體滿意度、工作條件、工作回報、工作匹配度、公司經營管理滿意度五大模塊,共30項指標。公司通過整理基礎數據,重點分析公司治理、人力資源管理等指標,并撰寫年度滿意度分析報告,明確下一階段公司經營管理及人力資源工作優化重點。同時,該項調研還設置開放性問題,征集員工對企業發展的意見建議,匯總整理后下發到各相關單位跟進落實,并及時向員工反饋落實情況。

 

2016年,西部區在公司員工滿意度調查基礎上,依據實際在區域范圍內開展“員工敬業度”調研,涵蓋員工敬業度、員工滿意度、組織氛圍三部分,以進一步改善及提升公司管理水平。
